Summary
AOECS have launched the AOECS Standard 3.0 for prepacked food, which will become binding as of 1st January 2023. In order to get equipped for conducting audits against the AOECS Standard, auditors are encouraged to attend this training.

The training is held online and ondemand. After registration you will receive instructions on how to aquire and follow the different parts of the training.
AOECS will also arrange a live Q&A session on Zoom for smaller collected groups.

- Part III: The AOECS and its European Licensing System

Target audience
- Freelance auditors (2nd party or internal audits)
- 3rd party auditors working for accredited certification bodies
Minimum requirements
Participant must have a recognized professional auditing qualification and be accredited by one of the following certification schemes:
- ISO 22000:2018
- BRC
- IFS
- ISO9001:2015, if specialized in the food sector
Language
English.
Duration
About 5 hours in total.
Cost
225 € + applicable VAT. AOECS will send an invoice to your registered email invoicing address.
Certificate
Certificate will be provided to participants after passing an online test.
Registration
Please notice that participation is only for auditors who can show AOECS an invitation letter from at least one National Coeliac Society. You can request an invitation letter by contacting a suitable National Coeliac Society in the country where you conduct audits against the AOECS Standard.

Ana Campos
AOECS Licence Manager since March 2022. She has worked as part of the Quality and Food Safety Department from the Spanish Federation
of Coeliac Associations (FACE), focusing her activity managing the European Licensing System among other activities.
She is graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetis with the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain) and has an Official Master in Personalized and Community Nutrition.
Susanna Neuhold
Food safety specialist with extensive experience on analytical, regulatory and management aspects of food allergens. She is the National Food Area manager at the “Spiga Barrata” Service of the AIC.
She is graduate in Environmental Science by the Parma University and has extensive experience in food quality control and auditors training.
